  • Please note that once you book an appointment with us, we reserve time, materials, manpower, permits, etc., in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than [2 weeks] before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a 20% penalty; less than [1 week], you will be subject to a 50% penalty; and less than [3 days], you will be subject to a 100% penalty.

    To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation or change notice at least [2 weeks] before your trek.

    In case of a cancellation by us, 100% of the reservation amount will be refunded to you.
